By accessing or using TolMaker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TolMaker provides free online tools for photographers and developers, including but not limited to: image resizing, background removal, EXIF data editing, GPS metadata removal, and color palette extraction. Current tools are free to use and are designed to run in the browser where possible.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
  • You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload, process, or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Upload, process, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to circumvent usage quotas, rate limits, or authentication systems
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without prior written permission
  • Process illegal, abusive, or harmful content through our tools
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

The TolMaker website, including its code, design, branding, and original content, is owned by TolMaker and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the images and files you process through our tools. TolMaker does not claim ownership of your content. As noted in our Privacy Policy, most image processing happens entirely in your browser, and your files are not uploaded to our servers.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements (including Google AdSense). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Some features may rely on third-party services, such as Google AdSense for advertising or Google OAuth if account sign-in is enabled. Use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TolMaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our image processing tools will produce error-free results. Always verify output before using processed images in production or professional contexts.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
